What we collect, and why

The contact form

If you write to us through the form we process your name, email address and your
message, for the sole purpose of answering you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Your submission is emailed to us and stored in this site’s database so that an email failure cannot lose your enquiry.
We keep it for as long as our conversation is live, and delete it on request.

We store a one-way hash of your IP address (salted, not reversible) purely as a spam-abuse safeguard. We do not store the address itself.

Server logs

Our web server records requests (IP address, time, URL, user agent) for security and error diagnosis.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These logs rotate automatically and are not used to profile visitors.

Fonts

All typefaces are served from our own server. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other
third-party font service, so no data about you reaches one.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. WordPress may set a technical
session cookie only if you log in to the administration area.

Booking calendar

If a booking calendar is offered, it is embedded only after you click to open it.
Until then no connection to the booking provider is made. Once opened, that provider’s own privacy
policy applies to the appointment data you enter.

Who else sees your data

Nobody, other than our email provider (Google Workspace) transporting our mail and our hosting
provider (Hetzner, Germany) operating the server. We do not sell or share personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and
objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Portugal, the CNPD
(cnpd.pt). To exercise any of these, email us.

apenas para lhe responder. Guardamos um hash do endereço IP como proteção anti-spam, não o endereço.
Não usamos cookies de rastreio nem publicidade. As tipografias são servidas do nosso próprio servidor —
nenhum pedido é feito ao Google Fonts. O calendário de marcações, se existir, só carrega depois de clicar.

Tem direito de acesso, retificação, apagamento, limitação, portabilidade e oposição, e pode apresentar
reclamação à CNPD.
